Wat is bagasse en waar gebruik je het voor?

Bagasse is de vezel die overblijft na het persen van suikerriet. Bakjes en borden van bagasse zijn stevig, bestand tegen vet en vocht en geschikt voor warme en koude gerechten. Ze worden veel gebruikt voor friet, maaltijden, salades en desserts.

Welke maat serveerbakje heb ik nodig?

Voor amuses en fingerfood 3 tot 11 cl; voor friet, snacks en tapas 15 tot 25 cl; voor salades en maaltijden 40 tot 80 cl. Menu- en hamburgerboxen zijn er in klein (burger) en groot (menu). Deksels zijn per formaat apart leverbaar voor afhaal en bezorging.

Hout, karton of bagasse?

Houten bootjes en schaaltjes geven een ambachtelijke uitstraling op borrelplanken; kartonnen bakjes zijn licht en voordelig voor friet en snacks; bagasse is de stevigste keuze voor volledige maaltijden. Alles per omdoos, levertijd circa 7 werkdagen, franco vanaf € 300 excl. btw. Combineer met bestek en prikkers en vetdicht papier.
